Maracuja

Maracuja is the daughter of Papaya and was born in March 2021. She loves to be the center of attention all the time, she is, however, a little bit reserved towards humans. she has no problem with being touched on the head, she does need a little bit more time with being tocuhed on the body. But surely, if she is given the time, she will warm up to that too.

The Options

DO GOOD - Donation

Most of the equines are very ill, weak and thin. They need to be taken care of. The donations will exclusively go to the vet costs, food, but also building simple but secure fences and shelters for the animals.

BE A HERO - Parenthood

Some horses are not yet ready for adoption or are way too old or sick to bear any relocation. If you want to help one specific horse - through parenthood you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in his or her life.

HAVE A LIFE OF FULFILLMENT - Adoption

Take him or her home. When they are strong enough for travel you'll have the opportunity to adopt a rescued equine and have a life of fulfillment.

We are a non-profit organization in the south of Andalucia, Spain. Horse in Need is about rescuing abused, neglected, disabled and otherwise unwanted horses and donkeys. We are depending on donations, parenthood and adoptions to take care of all the animals and to rescue more.
